Does exact what written, but not only a firewall, also systemcheck and more. I strong recommand every Joomla user to use RSFirewall.

I used this to: I have used for nearly a year but not again they have lost me as a customer.
Owner's reply: Your simple "favor" meant breaching our Support Policy just for you - it wouldn't be fair for our other customers who wouldn't get the preferred treatment, now would it? We've helped you numerous times and provided support for our extensions. In this case, you wanted support for free and we didn't supply it.

We're really upset that your review doesn't contain a single mention of the functionality of RSFirewall! (other than "ok" that you typed in just so you could bypass the field validations for the review form), the ease of use and the comprehensive documentation we offer.

Let me break down the only sentence in your review:
"not good technical support I asked for a simple favour and after a few days waiting they replied with a few word reply, very rude."
1) technical support - You did not want technical support, you wanted to bypass the limitations of the Support Policy. Please don't lie.
2) a simple favour - Instead of purchasing a multisite subscription, supporting us as developers and being fair to the other paying users who are abiding the rules, you wanted support for more domains than what the subscription you've purchased offers.
3) after a few days waiting - That would be 13 hours, because we were outside of office hours. I'm sure time seems to stand still when you're waiting for something, but 13 hours hardly means "a few days" regardless of timezone. Please don't lie in your review.
4) they replied with a few word reply, very rude - Nowhere do we mistreat our customers or be rude to them. Most times it's actually the other way around. I won't paste here the entire private conversation, but the reply you mention as being "a few words" contained 19 lines of text, including offering you a discount to upgrade to a multisite subscription.
